Starting to work on my epic and ran into an issue. While working on this part:
1 - Blackburrow Gnoll Skin - These will sometimes drop off elite guards and commanders in Blackburrow. Fairly rare drop, I had to slaughter several spawn points of these types for about an hour before I saw one. The Gnoll Brewer also drops the skin, and has various spawn points.
It took 4 hours to get the skin. Might want to look at the drop rate. Might have just been RNG'd but something to look at.

Upped drop rate. Will take effect after next reboot.

Ghanex Drah, place holder is a putrid skeleton, he is not supposed to be a rare spawn, but he REALLY doesn't want to spawn!

Can't you skip that part of the epic, by killing Brother something in Rathe Mountains? I recall there's no faction hit for it, and he always has the robe. I could be wrong.

"an iksar betrayer" is supposed to spawn in Chardok, but there is conflicting information as to where. Could you clarify where he spawns?

Betrayer spawned next to the bridge next to the Ancient Guardian / Bridge Keeper. Upped his spawn rate and also Raster as well.

Brother Zephyl AND brother Qwinn both have a TINY chance to drop the robe , but is rare ! If they drop it you see them wear something purple (doesnt have to be robe graphics)

According to the guides, Zephyl is supposed to drop every time, but he has been a huge pain to get to spawn.

Finally got Brother Zephyl to spawn and he dropped a cloth tunic instead of the Robe of the Lost Circle.

Just noticed its the "Torn Cloth Tunic," the monk starter chest.

according to the 99wiki he should drop it everytime "Shares a spawn cycle with Hasten Bootstrutter (see for more information). No fire/magic/cold lures, much less regular nukes, will land on him? I'll take a look. Although when I did this quest numerous times on live even back when in classic era, he didn't have it every time. He did have it every time when he wore it though. Also, keep in mind I am not trying to recreate p99 here.
