-Finished adding quest armor in NToV and HoT.
-Added loot to Siren's Grotto for the Coldain Prayer Shawl.
-Upped forage chance on Chilled Tundra Root and Ripened Heartfruit.
-Added Beastlord pet spells to vendors in Halas, Grobb, Cabilis, and Oggok.
