Okay I tried to use the translocator to get to Erud's Crossing, and got the "Your level is not sufficient for a planar gate" message thingie.
I waited a little bit, but never saw a boat. Not sure if they are in or what the schedule is like.
But as of now I don't think anyone can get to Erud's Crossing or Ocean of Tears. Maybe not Timourous Deep either depending on how you are working things.
