She is missing from HighKeep so i'm unable to continue with my soulfire quest. Since the mechanics have changed and you can't turn the key into Bank Clerk Jaylin you are now suppose to turn it in to her assistant.

Another broken step i did everything and the guard never spawned for me to kill after i turned in the items.
Go to Merko Quetalis in the courtyard of the Hall of Truth in North Freeport. Hand him the spider venom sac and receive the Token of Bravery. Now hand in both the tokens. Follow the wall that leads to the moat. There is an opening to the freeport sewers. By turning in the tokens, you have spawned Guard Willia, a low level militia guard just inside the sewer. Kill him fast, because he's on a timer to run away. Loot the Token of Truth and return it to Merko for Testimony.
Other then these two steps i'm done and ready to turn in. I'll probably need to redo this step since it took my turn in items.
