Okay, as near as I can tell this is pretty much the same as "Calefaction," which is a level 44 or something druid spell in this era.
For some reason it was renamed to "Dustdevil," which is the name you would see like if the server were in the PoP era or so.
Arial Fern has a scroll named Dustdevil, instead of Calefaction. Not sure this is an issue, but it conflicts with spell file.
