DoT Damage

DoT damage isn't scaling well enough to be worth using at this point. Envenomed Bolt ticks for about 500 per tick for 7 ticks with an initial DD component of about 800 maybe. That's about 4-4.5k damage over 42 seconds, compared to my direct damage spells that do 14-15k+ damage. I think that DoTs need to be at least 4-5 times more powerful than they currently are to be worth using and be in line with DD spells. DoTs always did more damage than their DD counterparts because of the time investment.

DoT damage scales the exact same way as dd's and this probably wont be changed. Envenomed bolt normally does 146 dmg per tic i believe so it is scaling as intended. The issue is that DD's are too powerful which I am thinking of a workaround.
