This npc is part of the Magician epic quest. He currently is kos to me, as a dark elf (also kos to FV faction). He shouldn't be though, he should be dubious or indiff, as he is not supposed to be on FV faction. According to P99, he is on no faction and a comment on his Alla page, indicates that as well. In the comment (quoted below) the person says this npc is dubious but also indicates he is kos to FV (drakes and pilgrims). Other comments indicate the same.
"My mage was KOS major to FV good guys residing in the giant fort... and all of the pilgirms and drakes made a B line for me ... but to my pleasure and relief... i was indifferent to this guy... woot. "
